Whether you already have a pathology request form or you just want to be on top of your next test, we can help you with that.

Raby Medical Centre is associated with Australian Clinical Labs to provide laboratory services.

Our Doctor or Nurse will carry out the collection of sample to be processed by the Lab.

If you are a patient of ours, we will automatically contact you to notify the results and organise a follow up consultation if required.

If you are not already our patient, please register yourself with our frontdesk if you like to be notified.

I don't have a request form!

If you don't have a pathology request form or misplaced one, that's not a worry.

Our doctor can help you with that - just make an appointment for a "Standard Consultation". The doctor will issue a request form and carry out the collection on the same day unless its medically warranted to be done another day.

I have a different request form

Medical centres are associated with different pathology collection companies. This means a GP or specialist making a request on a branded request form.

As a customer you are not restricted to only use the collection centre on the branded request form.

It just comes downs to your convenience, availability of services and your preferences.
